The Mad Hatter Cake Boutique on Parliament Street in Ramsey has been put up for sale with an asking price of £79,000, Energy FM reported on 12 October.

The café has been trading for more than 14 years, according to the station.

Energy FM said the business is being described as one of Ramsey’s best-loved daytime cafés, with regular customers and a name for speciality coffees, all-day breakfasts, lunches and homemade desserts.

The café is offered on a leasehold basis. The station reported that the premises come with all their fittings and equipment, so a new owner could start trading without delay.

The business is also said to trade steadily throughout the year and to have scope to grow, Energy FM reported.

The station did not report a reason for the sale.
